Michigan vs. Notre Dame, 3:30, NBCMichigan and Notre Dame are two of the most prestigious college football programs in the nation. But recently, both have struggled to live up to their proud traditions. With the start of a new season comes new hope and new life. The Wolverines dominated UConn behind a dazzling performance by dual-threat quarterback Denard Robinson. The Irish played with a new attitude under first-year coach Brian Kelly and came away with a solid win. Now, the two meet in South Bend and the winner will have plenty of momentum for a big season moving forward and the loser will have to prove it can bounce back.
Prediction: I think Michigan will ride Robinson to another victory. Rich Rodriguez looks like he has his man to run the spread and Robinson's running and efficient passing will be too much for the Irish.
