Sese

This week we start a new feature that we'll call "Start 'em/Sit 'em" for now. Or SeSe (pronounced Sessie). Yeah, I like SeSe. Let's go with that. Anyway, here are this week's picks for Sese.

Start: Michael Vick (PHI, QB) against Jacksonville. He'll be out to prove that his first six quarters weren't a fluke, and the Jaguars will make it easy for him.

Sit: C.J. Spiller (BUF, QB). It's time to throw in the towel on Spiller's 2010 season. Though many pegged the rookie to have a huge season, after just one carry last game, fantasy owners should be looking for better options.

- Mike Izzo

(Vick is once again the toast of the NFL, but for how long?)

Start: Mike Williams (TB, WR) has become QB Josh Freeman’s go-to receiver, which has translated into 85 yards and 2 touchdowns in two weeks. Look for him to add at least one more TD this week against PIT.

Sit: Andre Johnson (HOU, WR) is questionable going into Sunday’s game against a talented Dallas defense. Even if he plays, look for QB Matt Schaub to look to WR Kevin Walter more than Johnson.

- Scott Simone

(Can the Cowboys slow down the 2-0 Texans?)

Start: Darren McFadden (OAK, HB) against Arizona's shaky run defense.

Sit: Chris Johnson (TEN, HB), yes that Chris Johnson. It's going to be tough sledding for the speedster against the Giants' defense.

- Pete Gegick

(McFadden is averaging 120 yards/game this season.)

Start: Cardinals defense. The Oakland Raiders are relying on QB Bruce Gradkowski - graduate of Seton LaSalle High School in Pittsburgh, PA - for their second win of the season. Gradkowski is too risky to not start the Cardinals D.

Sit: Hines Ward (PIT, WR). True, free safety Tanard Jackson will be out this Sunday for Tampa Bay, but Ward was a ghost last week against the Titans. Let's face it, the Steelers will rely heavily on the running game anyway. Hold on to Ward until Roethlisberger comes back.

- Jeff Laboon

(Ward has seven receptions this season.)
