San Francisco Giants (2-0) vs. Texas Rangers (0-2), 6:57pm, FOXColby Lewis vs. Jonathan Sanchez.
Well the Rangers really dug themselves in a hole now. C.J. Wilson pitched a great game but was out-dueled by Matt Cain and now the Rangers find themselves down two games. The back end of the Giants' rotation is much better than that of the Rangers' and that is evidenced in this matchup. Lewis has had a solid season, but Sanchez has pitched even better.
Prediction: Unless those Texas bats really heat up now that they are home, I expect the Giants to take this one and be one game away from their first championship in half a century.
