After another two goals last night, it's safe to say that Mike Richards has found his groove. He now has 19 points in 18 games for the Flyers, who suddenly look like the team to beat in the East. The 25-year-old Richards is one of the top scoring options for the team, and it's going to be up to him, among others, to protect probable starter Brian Boucher.
For Montreal, though, it's been all about goaltending. Though many questioned the decision to get rid of playoff wunderkind Jaroslav Halak, Carey Price has retained his position as Montreal's top goaltender. With a GAA of 2.18, along with 10 wins and 2 shutouts, he's one of the best goaltenders in the NHL.
Prediction: Montreal wins behind some strong play from Price.
