24 Oregon State (1-1) at 3 Boise State (2-0), 8pm, ABC Boise State can take comfort in a lot of things going into this one. Maybe it’s the fact they haven’t lost a regular season home game in over 9 years. Maybe it’s the fact they blew Oregon State out the last time the two teams met. Maybe it’s the fact they’re averaging over 500 total yards on offense and 42 points per game. But OSU isn’t just rolling over for this one. They’re so amped, they painted their practice field blue to get used to Boise’s blue-grass stadium. Although they have weapons on offense, their defense leaves much to be desired.
Prediction: Boise is a powerhouse going up against a weak, out of conference opponent. Don’t expect this to be a nail biter. Boise will run the Beavers out of town in another lopsided victory.
