10 Florida (2-0) vs. Tennessee (1-1), 3:30 PM With another Urban Meyers player being arrested (WR Chris Rainey) and an office not in complete harmony, this will be a tough match-up when the Florida Gators travel to Tennessee to take on the Volunteers. Although the Gators’ offense looked a bit more in sync last week, they still struggled. The Gators fumbled the ball twice and did not score the ball until the final seconds of the first half, but their defense was spectacular again, racking up 4 interceptions. The Vols, on the other hand, have run the ball nicely with Tauren Poole racking up 272 yards and 3 touchdowns so far this season. Tennessee, however, will try to prevent losing a sixth straight match-up against the Gators.
Prediction: The Vols will be a tougher opponent than some think, and will make this a fairly close game. But the Gators, backed by a tremendous defense, will prove too much, etching out a lopsided victory.
