12 LSU (5-0) vs. 14 Florida (4-1), 7:30pm, ESPNThough LSU and Florida compete in different divisions in the Southeastern Conference, this game seems to have big implications on the BCS scene. This season should be no different with both teams ranked in the top 15.
LSU's offense centers around junior HB Stevan Ridley. Ridley rushed for 557 yards in five games this season and scored a touchdown in all but the first game. LSU has a horrific passing game, though. The Tigers average 131 yards in the air and rank 112 in FBS.
Florida suffered a humilating loss to defending champion Alabama last week and will be out for some sort of revenge against the Tigers. Watch out for backup QB Trey Burton (aka the new TIm Tebow). Burton has 7 rushing TDs on 15 carries and 12 receptions.
Prediction: This game is in Gainesville and it's tough to go against the home team. Take Florida.
