Texas and Oklahoma have Board of Regents meetings scheduled for Monday, and it seems a move to the Pac-12 Conference is not only being discussed, but is closer than you'd think. The Longhorn Network would conceivably be accepted under the Pac-12's plan to offer regional TV networks.
