West Virginia vs Syracuse University (49-23) Syracuse plasters No. 11 West Virginia with a 26-point lead, ending the game. All I can say is Syracuse football is back! Many spectators projected and upset lost to the Mountaineers but the explosive offense and many injured players coming back to defense set the tone of the game in the first quarter. The Orange played in front of 45, 265 fans, the largest crowd in the Dome in three years. Dorian Graham returned a 98-yard kickoff, to break the longest record in SU history. But, the game MVP RYAN NASSIB! 24-32 for 229, a great win. The Orange played a virtually flawless game Marrone still thinks the team has a way to go. Fans however are rejoicing that FOOTBALL’S BACK!

Louisville vs Rutgers (16-14) The Cardinals three game-losing streak ended in their Friday night game against the Scarlett Knights. The game was intense and low scoring with the cardinals in the lead for three quarters (16-7). Scarlet Knights pulled back in the fourth quarter to tighten the gap to (16-14). The Cardinals managed to stay in the lead to seal the win in the fourth quarter after Dexter Heymen caught a key interception.  Cornerback Anthony Conner suffered from a broken neck after colliding with wide receiver of the Scarlett Knights Mohamed Sanu.

Cincinnati vs USF (37-34)
The No. 1 Big East team has done it again, holding the USF bulls at a 3 game losing streak. The game neck in neck majority of the time quarterback Zack Collaros wanted the win more. Scoring three touchdowns in the fourth quarter, he rallied his team back for a win in the last 1:27. The Bearcat’s defense still consistently being efficient on the field, they are giving these other Big East teams something to fret!
